Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
When is my booking confirmed?
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Please provide at least 48 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred once with sufficient notice.
What happens if I arrive late?
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete the service.
How should I prepare my hair?
Please arrive with clean, dry and detangled hair unless otherwise arranged.
